We are the New Owners of Fusion Restaurant in Warrenpoint from February 2018! After just ten months of enormous success we would like to say “Thank You” for your support and, if you have never been in our premises, we are looking forward to host you very soon! We are offering different menus and themes every night, this allows us to bring together everything that we have grown and developed into a purposefully designed experience. The menu is inspired by the ingredients that we purchase locally in and around Northern Ireland. It might be something outwardly simple but really fresh and delicious or perhaps an incredible flavour developed by fermenting, pickling or prolonged ageing.

We care about where our meat comes from and we want to know who reared it. That’s why we source it from producers who care about the welfare of their stock. We are very proud to purchase our meats from Hannan Meats member and founder of the Glenarm Shorthorn Beef Scheme. The beef is extra-aged in Himalayan Salt Chamber. They use a 12ft wall of 1,000 hand–cut Himalayan rock salt bricks to dry–age the meat. The translucent salt blocks, which vary in colour from white to orange and a myriad of shades of pink, were imported from mines in the foothills of the Himalayas in Pakistan’s Punjab region. Himalayan salt is exceptional in terms of purity and its flavour-enhancing qualities, so the salt wall creates the perfect environment for the ageing process. Over a period of 28–45 days, it concentrates the flavour of the meat, seals the natural juices and purifies the air in the room producing totally unique sweet flavours!

“Fusion Restaurant” strives to honour the tradition of classic Italian Cuisine where the integrity of handcrafted ingredients is paramount. We use only the best Italian products and our pasta is crafted in house from only Italian flour, free-range eggs, sea salt and filtered water.
