Fusion Warrenpoint (Warrenpoint Restaurants)

From a pure passion for food, and a passion for exceptional hospitality, Mark O’Kane and his wife Patrice have created Fusion Restaurant, Warrenpoint (Warrenpoint Restaurants). With its relaxed wine bar feel and nice inviting finish the restaurant is the perfect setting for a meal with friends or family.

From the outset the team behind the concept wanted the restaurant to be about everything, not just the food. The light, heat, sound, ambience, environment and atmosphere, would all contribute to the success of the restaurant. (Warrenpoint Restaurants)

Fusion’s (Warrenpoint Restaurants) Head Chef is multi award winning Brendan Baxter. Before working in Fusion Brendan worked in Mid Summer House in Cambridge a two Michelin star restaurant were Brendan had the privlege of working for and with one of the UK’s top chef’s Daniel Clifford. At Mid Summer brendan got great understanding of the importance of sourcing great local fresh produce, He also has an exciting edge to his food with it’s modern twist on great Irish cuisine.

At Fusion (Warrenpoint Restaurants) Brendan and his team are ambitious and hard working and this shows through the presentation and taste of their food.
